End of Life Advising
End-of-life decisions can feel overwhelming.
Emotionally, practically, and spiritually, all at once. As a hospice and palliative care nurse and end-of-life doula serving Marin and Sonoma County, I offer end of-life advising that helps you and your family slow down, understand your options, and prepare with greater clarity and calm.
You don’t have to have everything figured out. You don’t have to walk this path alone.
This work is never one-size-fits-all. Every conversation is shaped around you, your values, your questions, and the end of life you hope for. What we build together grows from a foundation of trust, safety, advocacy, and open communication, so you never feel rushed or alone in your choices. This is gentle, educational guidance, offered primarily in person across Marin and Sonoma County, and it meets you wherever you are.
Available Services
These are some of the ways I most often support people, though our work is never limited to a list. Whatever you need, we shape it together.
-
Thoughtful support with advance directives, healthcare proxy, and POLST and DNR, so the documents that matter are not a mystery.
-
Clear guidance on how hospice and palliative care work, so you can reach the right support at the right time.
-
Preparation for the important conversations you will have with your healthcare team, so your wishes are understood and honored.
-
Steady planning for the long and changing road of dementia, with real support for the caregivers walking it.
-
Reassurance and grounded guidance for the people carrying so much, so no one has to navigate this alone.
Advising is not medical or legal in nature. It is a supportive space to explore your values, your wishes, and your preparation, so the end of life can be met with dignity and understanding.
I am a steadfast ally to BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ communities. Everyone is welcome here.
